Did not read closely enough, but the trick I have used for this is to choose an indicator/data element which each facility reports on, and then set the number of classes to "1" and the High and Low radius to the same value (maybe 5 or 6). You can then get the map out as an image. A bit of a hack, but it might work for you. Of course, the screenshot trick should work as well. :)
