Hello, It looks like you are trying to setup something like a Training database where you store both personal details of staff and their educational/work experience. Just as Knut suggested, you'll need to setup a Repeatable Tracker. In your scenario, the Name, Age and Address will be the TEI Attributes. You'll create a Repeatable stage with the following elements: (1) Year (2) Organisation
NB: Make sure you define the Elements as tracker elements.
