Hi, Gerald and Stanley. I have the same issue, data can not be aggregated. Tried everything (regenerate reporting, clear cache).
I've tried it on the official demo server (https://play.dhis2.org/2.27/). Version 2.26 works as expected, but not 2.27 and 2.28.
