Hi Mamadou, I agree with Michael that the most flexible way is to use the web API and create a JSON structure (e.g. with MS Excel), in particular https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/webapi_metadata_crud.html#webapi_adding_removing_objects_collections
However, if you find this too cumbersome, you could do something like this: 1) Give your dataelements a unique PREFIX to enable you to filter them out 2) Import them as CSV 3) Create a group for them 4) Go to the group editor, filter and select: https://play.dhis2.org/2.28/dhis-web-maintenance/#/group-editor 5) Create your dataset and filter by the group The problem with this method is the PREFIX which you may not want to keep..
