Hi Petar, You might be able to adapt this script <https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-utils/blob/master/resources/sql/delete_orgunit_with_data.sql> to your needs. This script will actually delete the orgunit, but I think the relevant part you need is here <https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-utils/blob/master/resources/sql/delete_orgunit_with_data.sql#L29-L48> and here <https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-utils/blob/master/resources/sql/delete_orgunit_with_data.sql#L101-L126> .
It sounds like in your case you want to delete the data, but not the orgunit itself. You could then wrap this function in a loop, to remove the data in bulk, going one org unit at a time.
