Hi and thanks for reporting. This is a known issue that has cropped up since the release of the most recent versions of Chrome (52) and Opera.
The issue seems to be caused by an inconsistency in the URL of the session cookie and the redirect after login. See archived thread from dhis2-users: https://lists.launchpad.net/dhis2-users/msg10800.html We are looking into the issue, but have not been able to fix it yet. A possible workaround has been described in the aforementioned thread. In short, use 'https://mydomain/dhis/' instead of 'https://mydomain/dhis' (add the trailing slash). Could be done in a reverse proxy as well, I guess.
