Hi All, I am just wondering if, in addition to the database memory tuning of DHIS2, is there an additional parameter to check in the server to allow the users of "DHIS2 data capture" to log in and download datasets and then send the entered data easily even with slow internet connection? Sometimes they could not log into the server, sometimes after logging in, there is only a message "swipe to update".
