Dear Devs,
The Event Capture App displays incident date less by one (1) in the UI. For example, if the real incident date is 2016-06-29, then the event Capture App displays it as 2016-06-28, the Web API for events displays the correct event Date though. This is a bug that was reported before affecting version 2.22, build revision 22061. I have upgraded and tested versions; 2.23 and 2.24 but no improvement. Does anybody have any idea which version was fixed, if it was fixed or any other solution to this other than changing to GMT+0?
