Morten, Sorry if my brief wasn't 100% clear on that - the DHIS user reg is a separate thing. All users logging in will be able to view (but not change) the general routine stuff around positions available etc. The pin-code is used in the custom app to ensure that all applicant users can only view and edit their own registrations/applications - not others.
