Hi Papa, Do you have an orgunit level between the District and Facility? If yes , can you check if this dataset has been assigned to any of member of this level or the district itself.

There is an issue regarding the completeness rate on the DHIS2. When DHIS2 is calculating the completeness rate for a district, sometime the total number of expected health facilities exceeds the total number of health facilities in the district.
