Dear Ese, We have seen something that looks like the behaviour you mention, and a fix was committed by Abyot in trunk: https://bugs.launchpad.net/dhis2/+bug/1490835.
In the cases observed earlier, it was possible to work around the issue by closing and reopening the registration form. Does this workaround apply to your issue as well?
