Public bug reported:
Having a problem with one of the Event Chart, its not loading on
Dashboard, while clicking on the link from Dashboard redirects to Event
Visulizer and chart is loaded there.
Favorites and the data element which is being used in chart is shared
with the concerned user group.
We are Using Version 2.17 with build revision 17801
Attached is the video explaining the issue.
