Hi Channara, All of this is here <http://translate.dhis2.net/km/dhis2/dhis-2/dhis-services/dhis-service-core/translate.html#filter=incomplete>, as part of dhis-service-core. I think you are missing a fair number of translations in that module, so that it probably why it is not showing up in Khmer.
