The DHIS2.18 export file has an additional attribute in the XML dataValue tag called attributeOptionCombo. The value is alpha numberic. The DataValue table has a column called AttributeOptionComboID with an integer value. Which table maps this AttributeOptionComboID to the AttributeOptionCombo that comes in the XML import file?
