While I was hopeful that this was my smoking gun, alas, I still do not have a '100' for that aidpost in April in the report rates pivot table. [image: Inline image 1] I also highlighted a row (near the top) that says there is an error. In any case, the test environment has the same exact behavior, it also did not register any change in the completed reports, so the issue still stands.
