Hello Moemedi, The upgrades should happen automatically except for 2.13->2.14 and 2.14->2.15 Those scripts can be found here https://www.dhis2.org/downloads 2.13->2.14 http://www.dhis2.org/download/resources/sql/convert-fixed-attributes-to-dynamic.sql 2.14->2.15 http://www.dhis2.org/download/resources/sql/rename-patient-to-trackedentity.sql
