Hi Prosper, in latest 2.15 build we included a search field at the top of the menu which allows you to type in the app you are looking for, then hit enter.
You can also click "more apps" and arrange the order of the apps according to your preferences. See it here<http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/dhis-web-commons/security/login.action>.
