Hi, I think one point which is lost here is that you likely will not see both data coming from manual entry and data coming from a PREHMIS automated import - for the same period, org unit and data element. So the "data provider" property should not be part of the primary key, and there is likely not necessary to use attribute categories. Rather a regular, non-primary-key property like "storedBy" on data value could be used to determine where the data originated.
