The encrypted password has been "salted" with the username, and so it is not possible to copy and paste from another users password. If you still have the "admin" user in your system, you can execute UPDATE users set password = '48e8f1207baef1ef7fe478a57d19f2e5' where username = admin; and the password will be reset to the default "district" password. If you do not have that user in the system, you would need to add some user who has superuser access to the "userrolemembers" table.
