Dear Ingvild, If program created has type* Single event with registration* or* Single event without registration*, you cannot see the *Remove *icon for the program-stage.
For single event programs, one program stage will be created as soon as the program created automatically. And one program only have one stage. You can edit the stage such as rename, add data elements, ....
