With a category combination like
<15yrs+15-19yrs+20-24yrs+25-29yrs+30-34yrs+35+yrs
An error is generated in the browser when attempting to parse the XML,
which results in data elements with this category combination not
showing up in a data element dimension report.
Seems this is not properly escaped in the XML response.
