Hi Devs, I am getting this error
ERROR 2012-06-18 06:30:34,032 ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "dataelement_alternativename_key" with a DHIS 1.4 XML file import. We are running the latest 2.8. Has this constraint always been there or is this something new?
