Upgrading from 2.6 which had data elements in hindi has converted all of those data elements to ?? (question marks) Is this a problem in which UTF-8 characters were represented in earlier versions and now it has been fixed or some other problem?? The database was using charset UTF-8 and the collation that was able to work with multiple languages.
Anyway to fix the ?? back to the language text back again?? --- Regards, Saptarshi PURKAYASTHA My Tech Blog: http://sunnytalkstech.blogspot.com You Live by CHOICE, Not by CHANCE 2012/2/18 Lars Helge Øverland <larshe...@gmail.com> > Hi all, > > > DHIS version 2.7 is released.
