When I make a query to count patients according to benificiary ID and
populate aggregated value to aggregate data element, the end value
format look like 2.0 and this also saved in datavalue table as 2.0 I
think it should be 2.
If the query is Sum from values that have a.b format then it may have
the c.d format values.
