I am customizing the patient module for student health record. As I know
that the program stages are designed as a fix stages for each program.
Example Immunization program has fix stages that required for each child
to get number of time to get services. However, there is a case that
each student has different health status. Only some students has health
problem that require to record several health check times. These times
will be recorded to those students. But other students doesn't need many
health check. In this case, I can't use the pre define program stages in
program for every student. So is there any way to add record number of
times for each student/patient?
