A bit more of the log would be useful, but I strongly suspect that this is because the "OnChange" period may be missing from the default periodtype object. I just inserted it into the table manually (At my own peril) and my import from 1.4 is currently chewing away.We will see what happens...
However, there are any number of other data integrity issues that may be causing this.
