this is more a general comment, but could we try 
1) not to have anonymous committers 
2) to have a bit more specific log messages.

Commits are important communication points (often the only one) in a team, and 
the more descriptive, the better. This example looks to me like a fairly large 
commit for bug fixes not worthy of a small description (cutting across many 
modules and containing changes in practically all possible technology stacks)

I know the temptation is not to waste time on something that doesn't seem to 
have an immediate value, but communication is a key requirement in a 
distributed effort like DHIS.
