The following scenario would need some better pop-up messages: Clicking the Complete button at the end of the data entry screen will prompt the validation checks to be run. However, if there is a violation, only the violation will appear as a pop-up, but there should also be some text explaining that they would have to check up and change the values that cause the violation before the completeness button will work. As it is now, you can ignore the validation result, but the complete button will not work. This caused some confusion here in Sierra Leone, especially as they are now evaluated according to data completeness (and they got very frustrated when the button does not react)
