Sorry for the late announcement but as of October 1st, we were
officially in feature freeze for version 7. That means no new features
can be pushed to the development branch of KiCad. Any merge requests
that contain new features will be deferred until the version 8
development window opens on February 1st, 2023. I'm going to be taking
a hard line on this since this is our first attempt at an annual release
schedule. The primary goal now is to get the bug count to as close to
zero as possible some time in December for a release candidate. Thank
you in advance for your cooperation.
