BTW, in general, when importing and modifying code, it's best to do those
in separate commits, so that one can easily see the modifications without
wading through a ginormous diff against /dev/null.
I HAVE NOT MODIFIED THE VERSION OF WAF IN THE TREE. Is that sufficiently
blunt? or do I need to bring a big ugly stick of joint shattering into this.
Then how do you explain that the upstream version has 'python' but the
ntpsec version has 'python3'?
