I fixed the file names/contents (and re-signed) and I used the timestamps from
the original files.
Looks good in the directory. It actually casued the same symptom in "port
livecheck" that I saw with my attempted workaround for the former setup,
but that's clearly an issue with the livecheck mechanism and not ntpsec's
fault. So nothing further to be done here.
