The JUNK stuff is a packet that looks like a NTP packet but the extension 
doesn't make sense.  I haven't figured out what generates them.  They should 
be rate limited.  We should add figuring out what they are to the 
get-ready-for-a-release list.

Yes, there is a lot of NTS clutter in the log file.  It's currently 4 lines 
for the worked case.  That seemed like a reasonable minimum, but now that I 
think again, all we really need is one line.  I'll put that on the list.

I think I can easily get the not-working case down to two lines.  I'm not sure 
how to reduce that to one.  (maybe one long one)

Maybe we should move the NTS-KE server logging to another file.  Eric: any 
ideas on that?
