Our gitlab CI docker configuration is built from .gitlab-ci.yml in master, not something external. So "pipeline retry" will rebuild the same commit that doesn't have my fixes to .gitlab-ci.yml, and it will continue to fail. If you look at the pipeline for master, all builds are succeeding.
