It appears from recent traffic that we have a resiolution of the
library-path mess that is, if not perfect, at least acceptable to
all. It's good that PYTHONPATH is gone.
Thus, the freeze is on again. Expected ship date is Monday, October
9th on or slightly before 5PM Eastern.
