I often have troubles finding the description for a keyword in a config file.
How about a page with a list, sorted alphabetically, of links to the details. Maybe a few words of context so you don't have to follow a link to discover that it isn't what you are looking for. A few of them may want 2 or 3 links. -- These are my opinions.
