Well, in my case, I am surely not going to drop it since its used by Mapbox
and Valhalla. But making such specific-tailored libicu is not high enough
on priority either - there are so many other things to do first. So, Pekka,
I hope you'll succeed with libicu optimization that we could just link to
it and add as dependency to our applications.
