Hi, What do you mean by specify "Car Kit"? Where? Devices will negotiate a profile and connect (implying all required functionality). Do you mean specify the profile? I have not seen such option neither in bluez4 nor in bluez5. With bluez4 on N9 and Aquafish car profile is shown as HFT on the phone. In bluez5 on Sailfish X it is shown as HFT as well, but as stated before connection/pairing is impossible - and we already know why.
