Hello,

Looking at bluez5's supported profiles, it doesn't look like HFP was
dropped from BlueZ5 or oFono [1].
Also it looks like Tizen, which uses a very similar stack, is able to do it
(though from the command line). [2] Note that these steps can probably be
tried on SailfishOS.
