If the newly licensing-oriented Jolla wants to make any sales, this feature is essential. Without a means for developers to make money (hint - donations are nice but thoroughly inadequate) the ecosystem will never grow. Unless this is seen as outside of the scope of Sailfish? Ie. Store would be an 'exercise for the reader', provided by licensees on a per manufacturer basis.
