I made mistake :) Julia means Julla
Since Android 4.2, Google has enhanced Bluedroid and there os no indication 
shows Google will flip back to BlueZ. OEM companies will implement there HAL 
libraries under the Bluedroid.
As far as I concerned Julla couldn’t get support in further Android. (OEM will 
upgrade their chipset solution.)
I am not sure Julla team has been conscious of it and their plan :)
