How are you building?
If you are using QtCreator, then there are 2 methods:
Build by Deploying as RPM Package.
Build by Deploying Binaries.
According to previous posts the second of these should be faster, and
is recommended for use during development when you may be frequently
cycling between coding, building, deploying and testing.

mostly on building.
