Atleast on latest SDK ambiance is adjusted when i set wallpaper via gconf gconftool-2 -s /desktop/meego/background/portrait/picture_filename --type="string" /etc/mersdk/share/nature_hd.jpg > > And about the app store thing, the best is to wait I guess.
