Hi,
I think that might be a bit annoying is when you flick through months
you don't really know on which month you are after few flicks. I
understand seeking minimalism and that you can peek/half-flick left to
see what is the current month. Hiding days of week in pulley menu is
understandable as it is not really needed to tell the day of week.
Similar thing with number of week as it is in most cases rarely needed,
so peek gesture is to access that information also understandable. In
case of name of month I have serious doubt if hiding it comes along with
better UX, but that is only my opinion.
