I guess this is a false positive. I suggest to upload to the Solaris releases individually: csw-upload-pkg --os-release=SunOS5.9 … for the Solaris 9 packages and csw-upload-pkg --os-release=SunOS5.10 … csw-upload-pkg --os-release=SunOS5.11 … for the other ones. Make sure to select the proper packages when uploading!
