You're right. http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/pkgdb/srv4/cbb6ae5f49d68b51f3c84d085d2f460f/files/ I was processing these packages in bulk, for some reason I thought this package wasn't dual yet. Maybe I just missed it. I noticed today that virtualenv requires setuptools, so I added the dep today.
