What vacation periods? How do you know when a stranger on another continent might be on vacation? Furthermore, some of us contribute to Fedora as volunteers. Vacations and weekends are when we're likely to have time, but sometimes a weekend is consumed by other activities, so that volunteer work that isn't absolutely urgent may have to wait for two weeks or even longer.
