Please forgive me, but I have no idea where I actually ran that command.
It's certainly not on the minimally installed F23 server where I
intended to run it.  Too many shells open, I guess.

On the proper machine:

NetworkManager-libnm-1.0.6-8.fc23.x86_64
NetworkManager-1.0.6-8.fc23.x86_64
NetworkManager-config-server-1.0.6-8.fc23.x86_64

which is pretty much what I'd expect.
