This assumption is not correct IMO. One docker image generally
provides some functionality that can be used in different ways. It might
be OK for basic httpd/mysql/postgres setup but I think inevitably you'll
have people who will want to provide more usable/complete docker image
which will have all of them integrated without need of involving
Kubernetes or similar technologies.
