We just plain don't have the clout to use inclusion in Fedora as a
lever to fix this. And I don't see the benefit to Fedora in excluding
software which uses them from the Fedora universe. I mean, if we
insisted on perfection, the distribution would consist solely of
software written personally by Donald Knuth.
