DNF: no helpful information in case of dependency problems

YUM did show dependency problems down to the "library.so.version", DNF just says "skip" even with the -v flag

"yum update /downloads/*.rpm" -> promt reaction
"dnf update /downloads/*.rpm" -> 1-2 seconds waiting
